From our secure form:

• Enter all the information about your request in the form. 
• Submit your document(s): Upload a scan or picture of your document(s) to our secure form or email it to info@dtowntranslation.com
• Receive a quote, estimated turnaround time, and payment link. 
• Your translation will begin once payment is received. 
• Receive a version of your translation for review; where you can approve or request changes.
• You will receive a finalized electronic version of your document(s). Hard-copies will be mailed to your address free of charge.

NOTE: We do not need the original document.

Translation services are priced based on the source materials — word count, number of pages, formatting, subject matter, and overall complexity — so we do need to see your documents in order to provide an accurate quote. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept walk ins and do not need original documents. We require your document(s) in electronic format. Please email them to us or upload them securely through our form. 

Billing instructions are included with your quote. Click the button on the bottom of your estimate and pay using your CC, Venmo, PayPal or you can set up ACH Payment for B2B transactions. 

The turnaround will depend on the volume of the documents, number of words, language pairs and complexity of your project.  

You will receive a translated, quality‑checked, reviewed, and approved final version of your document in email, as well as notarized Certificate of Translation (if needed and requested). If you need hard copies, please provide your full mailing address.   

Yes, with your written request/consent.   

 No. We cannot certify documents that were not translated or proofread and edited by our translators.

Yes, we provide certified translations for all the documents needed to obtain different citizenship (vital records: birth/death certificates, marriage/divorce decrees, and other vital records as well as legal documents like FBI check, Apostille, Academic documents/transcripts and all other supporting documentation (lineage, ship manifests, immigration records, family letters etc.)    

Yes. Our translations are HIPAA-compliant, word-for-word, accurate translations of different medical records, such as: vaccination records, discharge papers, test results (MRI, X-ray), lab reports, doctor's notes, prescriptions, and surgical procedures, insurance forms, and letters, etc.    

Yes, we offer rush translation services for an additional fee. Contact us with your deadline and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.     

Yes, absolutely. You will receive an electronic version for your review and approval.
